    Are you an experienced construction and site superintendent with a passion for overseeing projects from start to finish? Are you ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in a thriving commercial construction company? If so, we want to hear from you

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate day-to-day job activities and subcontractor scheduling
    • Document problem-solving strategies effectively
    • Interpret and manage project budgets
    • Adhere to and manage construction schedules
    • Review submittals and shop drawings
    • Demonstrate basic technical comprehension across all trades
    • Provide necessary layout oversight
    • Maintain effective communication skills with team and stakeholders
    • Oversee projects from inception to completion
    • Ensure site safety at all times

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction
    • OSHA certified (30 or 40 hours)
    • Walmart certification is a plus
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

    Education:

    • College degree preferred
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
