What can you expect?

  • You will independently handle the technical planning for supply engineering (cost groups 410, 420, 430, 470, 480 according to DIN 276, individual trades or combinations) in new construction and existing projects for clinic and laboratory buildings
  • You will develop technical concepts according to HOAI LPH 1 - 5
  • You will design and develop tender documents and accompany the award process according to HOAI LPH 6 - 7
  • You will take on the responsible technical construction management according to HOAI LPH 8
  • You will coordinate interfaces with project participants

What should you bring?

  • You have a degree or technical training in energy and supply engineering or a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of professional experience in planning, execution or commissioning of electrical systems, ideally in the clinic/laboratory environment
  • You are familiar with HOAI, the applicable technical standards and rules, and have experience in CAD modeling
  • You work independently, conceptually and across trades
