Introduction:


Join our team at The Muse Academy as the Executive Assistant to the Director, where you will play a critical role in supporting our mission to provide outstanding early childhood education.

As an integral part of our administrative team, you will assist with daily operations and provide comprehensive support to our Director, ensuring smooth and efficient management of our preschool.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide highlevel administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing daily agendas to ensure optimal time management.
  • Assist in the preparation of educational materials and presentations for staff meetings and parentteacher interactions.
  • Coordinate logistics for school events, staff training sessions, and parent meetings, ensuring all activities are executed flawlessly.
  • Implement and organize enrollment campaigns for ongoing enrollment.
  • Maintain confidential records of students and staff, including contact information, enrollment forms, and sensitive documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, staff, and external partners, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
  • Implement and maintain organizational systems to improve efficiency and workflow within the office.

Qualifications:


  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass background check and Livescan
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with administrative software.
  • High degree of discretion and professionalism, capable of handling confidential information.
  • A friendly and energetic demeanor with a love for working in an educational environment.
  • Associates Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred.
  • ECE units or previous childcare experience preferred but not required
