WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Advance is seeking an Account Coordinator to work out of our Cockeysville headquarters who is motivated to support our growing Managed IT clientele and has a genuine desire to help improve local businesses through technology.
ON A TYPICAL DAY YOU WILL
- Perform monthly (nontechnical) client check in meetings aimed at fostering trust and partnership.
- Assist with any procurement items: quote follow up, product ordering and inquiry
- Assistance with any client related billing issues
- Follow up with internal resources to ensure customer situations are being resolved
- Communicate and assist with customer feedback
- Liaise between the client and the Managed IT Delivery Team
