About UsWeatherford has been operating two houses since 2000, each with 14 or 16 residents. In addition to providing individual care, we also offer treatment nursing services. We strive to meet the unique needs of our residents by constantly adapting our daily routines. Our shift schedules are designed to allow for this type of support and guidance. Our village communities, Sassen and Richthof, are home to both individuals with and without support needs.
We are looking for individuals who have a state-recognized nursing degree, an interest in working with and openness towards the special needs of people requiring assistance, and a passion for working in a team.
