Job Description .Minimum Job RequirementsProven knowledge of a software lifecycle and all its phases including requirement gathering and testing with appropriate documentation Demonstrated knowledge and experience utilizing SQL and/or PL/SQL Understanding and experience with HR functions specifically experience with open enrollment and benefits Demonstrate understanding of documentation processes and procedure for application support and use Experience providing customer support including collecting functional requirements configuring administering and debugging technical issues with various IT systems Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with peers and all levels of external and internal personnel technical and non-technical CommunicationExcellent technical writing and verbal communication skills to handle communication with technical and non-technical peers customers and stakeholders.
Strong teamwork and communication skils Database experience can include Excel Access and Visio.SQL experience can also be particularly sought after in roles where a high volume of data manipulation and analysis is involved.
