CACI is seeking an experienced Program Control Analyst level 3 to support a highly cleared program in Annapolis Junction, MD.

You must have a Top Secret SCI with POLY clearance to apply.


What You'll Get to Do:


  • Work collaboratively as a member of the PFA team, supporting the program and taking direction from the PFA Lead.
  • Provide financial support to the program manager during the preparation and analysis of project financial and scheduling data.
  • Collaborate with other functional support personnel (contracts, subcontractors, HR, etc.) to support the program manager with various complex contract, project, or businessrelated tasks.
  • Ensure accounting, billing, finance, and funding are properly aligned in the relevant systems.
  • Prepare project cost and schedule baselines, monthly financial reports, and assist in the preparation of monthly program review materials and participate in monthly PMR meetings.
  • Assist in the development of the annual operating plan and longrange plan.
  • Identify and quantify potential risks and opportunities not in the forecast.
  • Support the monthly business rhythms of both the program and the finance organizations.
  • Provide critical funding runout dates to the customer to ensure seamless support and maintain a strong customer relationship.
  • Support internal financial reporting deliverables as directed by the PFA Manager, such as monthly variance analysis and monthly forecast updates.
  • Respond to customer and vendor requests for data in support of contract requirements and provide statistical reports regarding client funding utilization.
  • Support the decisionmaking of the program team with analysis and recommendations regarding the implementation of financial plans and operating forecasts to ensure effective execution of program objectives.
  • Develop accurate and timely monthly performance reports for the programs and projects.
  • Track and troubleshoot DSO metrics, implementing strategies to reduce outstanding receivables and improve cash flow.
  • Manage administrative duties related to our partners, fostering strong relationships and effective collaboration.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant finance experience with a federal contractor

This position requires a TS/SCI Poly Clearance:

  • Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint, Hyperion, SmartView, COGNOS, SharePoint, Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience with program control & financial analysis support
  • Expertise with variance analysis, cost baseline preparation and reviews, breakeven, and other ad hoc analysis
  • Must have at least intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, cost collection, invoicing, and revenue recognition
  • Working collaboratively with crossfunctional teams

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint, SmartView, COGNOS
  • Experience in a matrixed organization
  • Corporate accounting experience
  • Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) experience
  • Experience generating Annual Operating Plans (AOPs)
