  • are responsible for coordinating the service and installation team
  • independently handle projects (replacements, new constructions, renovations, and repairs of heating and plumbing systems)
  • serve as a point of contact for both customers and internal employees
  • support and advise customers from creating quotes, ordering materials, monitoring construction sites, creating measurements, to invoicing
