Application of the omnichannel approach by interacting with assigned customers through various channels, both in person and virtually, and utilizing different tools

  • Coordination of appropriate interfaces with the customer assigned as the main contact, including agile marketing campaigns, symposiums, visits, calls, or visits and calls together
  • Collaboration with various functions (medical, market access, etc.) to ensure an optimal customer experience
  • Proactively promoting the exchange of insights between the field and inside sales teams
  • Building valuebased relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and developing a deep understanding of their needs
  • Monitoring accounts to gain a 360° view (including market share, recent activities, email responses)
  • Providing data through various tools, including CRM, to the Advanced Analytics team
  • Continuously reviewing customer management results and deriving priorities based on insights gained from data
  • Promoting company values and the guiding principle of enhancing Daiichi Sankyo's reputation as a strong and reliable partner among relevant stakeholders
  • Informing HCPs about features, benefits, and specifications of Daiichi Sankyo products while adhering to guidelines and regulations to generate measurable prescriptions
  • Independently and continuously tracking and evaluating customer data to ensure a meaningful Advanced Analytics system and providing feedback to the Agile Marketing and Advanced Analytics teams
  • Targeted communication within the team and crossfunctional collaboration following the principles of agile business development
