Head of Engineering

Location:
Germany (Remote)

Salary:
€100,000 - €125,000

We are excited to partner with a highly successful and expanding Edtech company in Germany. They are currently seeking a Head of Engineering to join their distributed team across the country.

This role is ideal for a driven individual who is passionate about promoting engagement, collaboration, fulfillment, and technical excellence.

As the Head of Engineering, you will lead a cross-functional team of engineers and be responsible for ensuring the overall technical quality of projects.

We are looking for a Head of Engineering who ideally has:

At least 3 years of experience leading and managing technical teams
At least 5 years of experience as an Engineer/Architect
Previous experience building engineering teams
Developed strategies for the technical aspect of a company
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English, German language skills are a plus
