To strengthen our team at our location in Heusingerstrasse 12-16 in Berlin, we are currently looking for an Internal Sales Manager (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

Handling and responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
Creating customized offers, orders, and cost estimates.
Data processing and management in ConceptOffice to maintain smooth business operations.
Proactive customer communication and continuous maintenance of customer relationships to ensure strong customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Analysis and processing of customer feedback for continuous improvement of products and services.
Planning and organizing deliveries and logistics processes according to individual customer wishes and requirements.
