To strengthen our team at our location in Heusingerstrasse 12-16 in Berlin, we are currently looking for an Internal Sales Manager (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities:
- Handling and responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Creating customized offers, orders, and cost estimates.
- Data processing and management in ConceptOffice to maintain smooth business operations.
- Proactive customer communication and continuous maintenance of customer relationships to ensure strong customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Analysis and processing of customer feedback for continuous improvement of products and services.
- Planning and organizing deliveries and logistics processes according to individual customer wishes and requirements.
