Our WH WerkHaus Berlin GmbH is currently seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team in damage restoration (water and fire damage) for various projects in Berlin.

The ideal candidate will approach the tasks of the project with passion and take on responsibility with the support of the team.

Responsibilities:

Independent, responsible, and reliable handling of restoration projects in the areas of fire and water damage, with diverse tasks
Qualifications:
Successfully completed vocational training or journeyman's certificate in the construction industry (e.g. carpenter, bricklayer, drywall installer, plumber, renderer, flooring installer, parquet layer) or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience, preferably in the construction or building maintenance industry
Experience in fire and water damage restoration is desirable
Knowledge of building materials, processes, and equipment
Basic knowledge of construction and building physics
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively, as well as think independently and in processes
Must have a valid driver's license (Class B)
