    Description

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Main point of contact for process quality issues, including inspection activities, priorities, and escalations.
    • Collaborate with production teams to address and correct quality issues.
    • Coordinate with PE/TE/PM to ensure alignment on quality objectives and priorities.
    • Support inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to identify defects.
    • Provide guidance on acceptance criteria for cosmetic issues to QC and MFG teams.
    • Resolve Stop line, Quarantine, and QRQC issues.
    • Refocus QA resources on driving process improvement opportunities.
    • Direct in-line audits and build links between site QA teams and Engineering/Manufacturing teams.
    • Work with internal teams to meet quality standards.
    • Develop proactive solutions and implement Quality department strategies.
    • Be a customer-facing QA representative.
    • Review and approve Corrective and Prevention Action Plans and perform analysis as assigned.
    • Perform failure analyses, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
    • Execute internal audits on standards.
    • Coordinate regulatory factory audits.

    ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

    • BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering with 3+ years of experience.
    • Prior experience in manufacturing engineering and quality.
    • Understanding of mechanical drawing and tools.
    • Experience with server/computer processes.
    • Knowledge of key customer processes.
    • Experience interfacing with key customers within the high-tech industry.
    • Proficiency in MS Office programs.
    • Hands-on experience with quality system training.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
    • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and travel as required.
