Description
The Brand Management team focuses on promoting and maintaining the brand image at different levels, whether local, national, or international. Their main tasks involve coordinating marketing strategies, such as packaging, pricing, budgets, advertising, and promotions for the brand. Additionally, they are responsible for developing advertising campaigns for the brand.
- Set strategic and creative developments for the assigned product category, including creating and distributing Global Playbooks and ensuring their implementation
- Collaborate with the product marketing team to drive consumer-relevant innovations and lead the claim generation process for new projects
- Establish a communication hierarchy to effectively deliver consumer messages across all touchpoints and align the strategy with cross-functional partners
- Work with regional marketing teams to define the appropriate go-to-market strategy for the category, covering aspects like budget, creativity, and asset recommendations
- Engage with the insights team throughout the entire journey to ensure the right positioning, claims, and creative articulation
- Contribute to broader strategic initiatives for the business
- Partner with various stakeholders across the business, including product marketing, global consumer design, KitchenAid majors/master brand, e-commerce, and regional partners
- Travel up to 15% of the time, including international trips
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, brand management, or agency roles
- Master's Degree
- Experience in developing product positioning and launching new products through integrated marketing campaigns
- Ability to utilize data and trends to derive insights and translate them into effective marketing strategies
- Previous experience in P&L Ownership
- Exposure to global business operations
