About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven
Sales Assistant to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales representatives by managing communication with prospects, keeping our CRM organized, and scheduling follow-up tasks.

You will be the point of contact for potential customers, building relationships and driving leads towards conversion.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, followups, and meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Maintain and update customer records in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary support, escalating issues when needed.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement efficient sales processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
  • Detailoriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a teamplayer spirit.
