For Stadtwerke Heidelberg GmbH in the area of "SAP application management", we are looking for an SAP service and application manager (m/f/i) - focus on S/4 HANA.

Your tasks include the further development of the existing SAP application landscape to ensure the proper execution of business processes.

You are in continuous exchange with key users from the departments to optimize the systems and are responsible for the conception and implementation of trainings.

You work in SAP requirement management and deal with the implementation of requirements, for example through customizing in the existing SAP system (especially in the SAP FI, CO modules) and by providing corresponding authorization profiles.

You take on support tasks and error analyses and are responsible for providing solutions as well as ensuring and further developing service quality.

You participate in projects (including accompanying the SAP S4/HANA transformation), analyze business processes, develop IT solutions, and deal with development and testing work as part of continuous application support.

Other tasks include controlling and monitoring external service providers.

Your profile You have a degree in business administration or (information) technology or a comparable education with relevant professional experience.
