***The Medical Assistant supports the flow of patient care by supplying excellent patient relations. The Medical Assistant will handle greeting patients and checking out patients.What you will be doing
- Provide general patient care services, including taking patient's vital information, specimen collections, intake registration forms, and conversing with patients to complete records
- Scheduling appointments and followups
- Answering/fielding patient phone calls in a courteous and professional manner and overseeing and ensuring efficient turnover of patient rooms
- Receive payments from patients for services rendered
- Checking patients in and out
What you will bring to the team
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical field
- Knowledge of HIPPA laws
- EMR system experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Please note that actual pay will be determined based on the relevant experience and internal equity within the pay range.
