Position Overview:
The Continus Improvement Coordinator focuses on all aspects of process improvement. Including the coater, slitting, and any key process equipment. This includes training, procedures, and implementation of new equipment


Responsibilities:


  • Daily reports
  • Writing SOP's
  • Training new & current personnel
  • Waste reduction efforts
  • Leadiing process improvement efforts
  • Creating training documents
  • Training employees

Qualifications:

  • Ability to learn and gain working knowledge of our all processes.
  • Good computer and training skills.
  • Escellent communication skills
  • Good computer skills

The Folding Carton Division is an industry leading manufacturer of folding cartons for food, beverage, tissue, hardware, confectionary, and many other industries.

Employing around 300 people, this facility designs, prints, and manufactures folding cartons, trays, and counter displays for a broad range of products and customers.
