Friendly organizational talent wanted for our reception in Pine Valley, NY

We are currently looking for a part-time receptionist (2-3 full days: Wednesdays + Fridays/Saturdays on rotation, possibly more upon agreement) to join our reception team.

Working with natural wood furniture and design-oriented decor should be enjoyable for you. You are able to organize your tasks well and maintain a clear head even during busy times. Reliability, good communication skills, and a friendly demeanor are a must. Experience with customer service, a proficient use of computers, and strong knowledge of MS Office are required.

A friendly and welcoming attitude is of utmost importance for this role.

You will greet customers upon entering our furniture store and be the first point of contact for phone calls and general emails.

After a training period, you should be familiar with our inventory management system in order to create orders and find information.

Receiving package deliveries, processing payments for take-home items, and handling deposits are also part of your responsibilities. You will be the central hub and should always maintain an overview.
