We are an established and growing company looking for someone who wants to learn the Commercial Real Estate Management business in this entry level Maintenance Tech position.

Under supervision, perform a variety of preventive and corrective maintenance activities and minor repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Inspect interior common areas, vacant spaces, and exterior grounds to identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Respond to tenant service requests and other work orders timely and professionally.
• Provide access to all thirdparty mechanical and service vendors as needed.
• Perform carpentry work, drywall patching, and painting.
• Replace ceiling tiles and change light bulbs/lamps and clean fixtures.
• Learn and follow operations & maintenance programs and safety and environmental procedures and directives, specifically hazardous communications program and lockouttagout programs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
• Perform all other duties and projects as assigned.

• Minimum of 03 years related work experience.
• High school diploma or trade school training.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, work in small spaces and at heights from ladders.
• Availability afterhours, including weekends, for emergency calls is required.
• Driver's license and travel around the portfolio in personal vehicle are required.
• Must have strong work ethic and be able to work proactively and independently.
• Must collaborate and communicate well with supervisors, colleagues, and contractors.
