    School-Based Speech Language Pathologist in Washington, NJ - Soliant

    Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    Are you an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to enrich the lives of individuals through tailored therapy? Soliant is on the lookout for a dedicated SLP to join our team and contribute to improving communication skills across various age groups.

    Requirements:

    • Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
    • Preferably possess ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
    • Hold or be eligible for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
    • Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Previous experience with diverse populations is advantageous

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint speech, language, and communication needs
    • Create personalized treatment plans aligned with each client's objectives
    • Administer therapy targeting articulation, fluency, voice, and language challenges
    • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams for holistic care delivery
    • Maintain meticulous documentation tracking client progress accurately
