    Position Summary:

    A Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) administers speech therapy (ST) to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Nursing Supervisor. Speech therapy services are furnished only by or under the supervision of a qualified speech pathologist or audiologist.

    Candidate Profile

    • Current SLP license through the WA State Board of Speech Language Pathology required.
    • A minimum of 2 years ST experience preferred.
    • A minimum of 1 year Home Health ST experience preferred.
    • Wellsky/Kinnser experience preferred.
    • Valid driver's license with proof of insurance in accordance with state requirements. 100% travel required.
