Description

This is a permanent position, no Corp to Corp or third parties available for this role.

Required Qualifications

Understanding of Microsoft Access database requirements.
Extensive experience creating and maintaining Microsoft Access databases and data.
Experience using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and Structured Query Language (SQL) in the creation and maintenance of Microsoft Access databases.
Strong business analytic and professional communication skills.
Working with and management of large, complex data sets.
Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Proficiency with translating complex ideas into actionable insights for varied levels of audience.
Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and understand their needs through excellent listening and effective written and verbal communication.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications

Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and/or healthcare data.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel skills.
Experience performing data quality analysis to identify risks and opportunities in data quality.
Ability to work in a remote capacity, as well as in an office setting in Albany, NY.

Education and Experience

A bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, or a related discipline and three years of related experience. An equivalent combination of advanced education, training, and experience will be considered.
