Product Owner / Group Leader (m/f/d)

Software Development Responsibilities Disciplinary and technical leadership of an agile software development team Communication with internal stakeholders and external partners Planning and estimation of resource needs, efforts and costs in development Result responsibility (function / quality / performance / maintainability) for the tasks of the agile team Close collaboration and coordination with department management and other development teams Prioritization of the backlog considering development goals and technical dependencies Profile Completed degree in computer science, mathematics or engineering or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in software development (on-premise / embedded) Enjoyment of leading a team and first leadership experience desirable Experience in applying agile processes and methods Strategic thinking, results-oriented action and strong analytical skills Agile mindset and the ability to inspire and motivate others Very good German and English skills We offer We shape the future:
