Elevation is seeking dependable, productive, and responsible Energy Efficiency Installers who are interested in long-term employment with a winning team that has lots of opportunity to advance.

As an installer, you will be responsible for all aspects of installing company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.

This role will report each day to the Chandler area warehouse and be dispatched to the PHX metropolitan area for work.

Requirements:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Inspect properties to identify and diagnose areas of concern. Communicate findings to supervisor
Installation of insulation materials such as fiberglass and cellulose
Installing blownin insulation in attics and subcrawl spaces at residential homes
Driving and unloading trucks at job site
Take pictures of pre and post installs
Blower door pre and post testing to find out cubic feet of building air loss
Perform other duties and tasks as required

Qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age
Clean driving record w/3yrs driving exp.
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements:

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistently
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistently
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on telephone
Ability to install various insulation materials

:
8 to 10 hours per day

Ability to lift heavy materials 3050 lbs
Ability to withstand small and confined working environment
Ability to withstand the dusty conditions of a construction environment
Must be able to climb ladders and stairs regularly and be comfortable with heights of at least 20 feet and walking on all roof types.
Able to work in various weather conditions and in extreme temperatures.
