The Team Member we are searching forThe ideal MFT Trainee believes in, and is passionate about the mission and commitments of PUC Schools and exhibits this through their leadership, reflection, execution of school culture, and collaboration to ensure student success.

What you'll need to accomplish:

Research:
Conduct a search for information on various topics related to the field of

Mental Health:
TheoriesTreatment/InterventionsGroup Therapy Topics/CurriculumsDiagnosisCommunity Resources/ReferralsTherapy Tools/Books/ResourceOrganization:Keep Inventory of Clinical Counseling Program materialsMaintain File CabinetCheck stock on toys, games, books, etc. for Clinical Counseling DepartmentTranslation (If Bilingual):Coordinate with MFT Trainees/Interns to conduct phone conversations and set up family therapy appointments with Spanish speaking familiesTranslate Family Therapy sessions for MFT Trainees with Spanish speaking familiesAttendance at Training sessions (When available):Attend Monthly TrainingsAttend Orientation sessions and Group SupervisionsTeam Members, Culture and Values:Exhibit integrity, initiative, motivation, attitude, self-awarenessDemonstrate appropriate oral and written skillsShow respect for clients, colleagues, staff in professional contexts and maintains professional relationshipManage own affect Exhibit an understanding of and involvement in communityAdhere to agency policiesOtherRegular attendance, dependability and, punctuality in conformance with the standards are essential to the successful performance of this positionPerform other duties as assigned QualificationsWhat do we require from you?Minimum QualificationsMust be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, majoring/minoring in the field of Psychology, Sociology, Marital and Family Therapy, School Counseling or Social WorkCompensation & Benefits:This position is Voluntary and Unpaid
