Job Title:
LPN with Sign on Bonus

Position:
Full-Time Salary

Location:
Vernon Home Assisted Living Facility

Shift:
Mon - Fri (3:00pm - 11:pm), rotating weekends 7:00am - 3:00 pm

Assist with medication management, in-service training with staff, assessing residents' condition, performing cognitive testing with residents.

Sign-on bonus: LPN $750_
