Legal Assistant / Judicial Assistant (m/f/d)

immediately in full-time for our headquarters in Baindt.

In this position, you will support the management in the following areas:

Compliance

  • Ensuring compliance with existing processes
  • Creation and implementation of internal processes
  • Introduction of a compliance management system
  • Cooperation with external consulting companies and partners
  • Introduction and management of a whistleblower platform and development of usage guidelines
Data protection

  • Contact person for external data protection officers, including for Kling Automaten GmbH and Jokerstar GmbH
  • Contact person for internal data protection questions
  • Provision of data protectionrelated documents
  • Training of employees on data protection
  • Review of processes for compliance with data protection requirements
