Description

NEMT is currently seeking full-time non-emergency medical transportation drivers who are compassionate, caring, reliable, and responsible.

Drivers will transport members to and from medical appointments (hospital, dialysis center, physical therapy, cancer treatment center, etc.) in a safe, secure and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

Transporting clients to appointments, treatments, and dialysis utilizing company vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
Effectively communicate with dispatch regarding schedule progress and to receive instructions.
Maintain a professional image and attitude in regard to clients and coworkers.
Complete daily vehicle pretrip and posttrip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
Assist clients as needed to safely enter and exit the vehicle and to and from their destinations.
Understand and operate GPS on a cell phone.
Understand and utilize the transportation app provided.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License
Good Driving Record
Must be able to pass a 10panel drug test

Driver Qualifications

Must have previous customer service experience with a good track record of assisting customers in a thoughtful, caring, and timely manner
Must be available to work varying hours M-F between 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Must have a stable work history with a track record of being reliable and ON-TIME
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Must be able to assist members onto and off the vehicle
Must be able to communicate with the dispatcher throughout the day
CPR Certified

Pay:
$ $135.00 per day
