Background and Job Purpose:


As a Ticketing Support Associate, you will assist in the coordination and execution of ticketing systems for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates and provides an opportunity to learn and grow within the field of event ticketing.

You will support a range of tasks from system configuration to client interaction, ensuring efficient and effective ticketing operations.


Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:


  • Assist in the setup and management of ticketing systems for events, ensuring compliance with client specifications and operational requirements.
  • Support the ticketing team in daily operations, including troubleshooting and resolving ticketing issues as they arise.
  • Participate in the preparation and maintenance of system documentation and user manuals.
  • Help coordinate the configuration and ongoing management of the ticketing systems in partnership with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in monitoring ticket inventory and reporting on sales progress and analytics.
  • Provide support during events, including onsite assistance to ensure smooth ticketing operations.
  • Engage in training activities to become proficient with the company's ticketing platforms and tools.

Key Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Event Management, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Basic understanding of ecommerce systems and their operations, preferably with some handson experience through internships or academic projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactive approach and eagerness to learn new skills.
