- Minimum 3 years of experience as a construction estimator
- Proficiency in project management and estimating software
- Hands-on experience with data research and analysis
- Familiarity with software like Autodesk Build, BuildingConnected, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Projects
- Strong time-management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple bid deadlines
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with quantity take-offs and interpreting construction documents
- Skilled in bid preparation and solicitation
- Previous exposure to general contracting or construction subcontracting
