Your responsibilities:

Managing your assortment, from the initial idea to the finished product on the shelves of our stores
Conducting negotiations and annual discussions with international suppliers
Optimizing the assortment by participating in tastings
Scouting for trends to identify new product innovations and ensure the future viability of Lidl's assortment
Ensuring the supply chain by consolidating information from areas such as supply chain management, quality assurance, marketing, CSR, etc.

Your profile:

Several years of experience in conducting negotiations in purchasing or sales, ideally in the food industry
Negotiation skills combined with strong rhetorical abilities
