    What you will do
    We are currently in search of a dynamic and adaptable Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with a healthcare team in a retail cannabis environment, catering to a diverse patient base while delivering exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Director of Patient Services, this position requires availability for weekend shifts.
    Highlighted Responsibilities
    • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and uphold medication safety standards.
    • Assist customers in the dispensation process and ensure compliance with medical cannabis regulations.
    • Manage operational tasks, including medication preparation, order verification, and patient data entry.
    • Utilize computer systems for patient communication, orders, appointments, and data input.
    • Maintain cash drawer, comply with regulations, and ensure dispensary compliance.
    • Participate in recordkeeping, state compliance, and ongoing education.
    • Ensure a clean and safe working environment, following regulatory guidelines and infection-control protocols.
    • Educate patients on cannabis medication usage and storage.
    • Collaborate with supervisors, respond to patient communications, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
    • Complete assigned opening and closing procedures, set goals, and perform additional duties as needed.
    Qualifications
    • High school diploma and 1-3 years of retail experience.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Capable of multitasking, adapting to change, and standing for prolonged periods.
    • Flexible availability for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
