Responsibilities:


  • Create drawings for projects in order to pull permits in all cities in Hampton Roads
  • Order materials needed for each job and ensure timely delivery
  • Lead and manage all aspects of projects to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, and completion
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational processes
  • Oversee project management and ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Drive business development initiatives to support company growth
  • Provide senior leadership in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients
  • Implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational performance

Skills:


  • Senior leadership experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in operations management and strategic planning
  • Strong project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and negotiation
  • Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate teams
