Description

We are looking for someone local to the Hampton Roads area to help coordinate projects by helping with submittals, scheduling, material cost, and tracking projects.

• Scheduling concrete trucks/pumps
• Obtain material pricing/order material for jobs as instructed
• Evaluate/help schedule project timelines as provided by president and/or general contractor
• Obtain submittals for projects and get them approved
• Go to project meetings in place of president

• Know how to read project drawings/sketches/blueprints
• Have basic knowledge of concrete mixes/construction materials
• Have construction experience
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to learn
• Must cooperate with others
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus

• Paid time off

• 8 hour shift

• Travel

• Day Shift (required)
