Your responsibilities:

  • The 3-year training program of the new training regulation according to the Nursing Professions Act is divided into practical and theoretical sections. The practical part takes place in our facility and in those of our cooperation partners, while the theoretical sections are conducted in vocational school.
  • Caring for residents
  • Organizing and managing nursing processes
  • Advising people in need of care and their relatives

You bring with you:

  • Secondary school diploma or a one-year completed vocational training as a nursing assistant or a minimum of two-year completed vocational training
  • Respectful and responsible interaction with people
  • Empathy and a friendly demeanor
  • Enjoyment in working with older, dependent people
