    Description

    DiFilippo is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team, someone with a strong drive and a clear sense of purpose. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are pioneers in our field.

    In this role, you will delve into our client-servicing processes, catering to our loyal base of 2,000 businesses while also fostering new relationships to expand our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be tasked with leading a small team to carry out these responsibilities.

    As you master the necessary skills using our established systems, you will progress to the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and assist the existing client base.
    • Explore new business prospects, focusing on B2B opportunities.
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results.
    • Provide training and guidance to new team members on current systems.
    • Report daily field activities using a Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Concentrate daily on recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement.

    Licensing Requirements:
    • Must possess a valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clear background and personal transportation are mandatory.
    • Completion of a 45-day evaluation period before progression.
