- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or 7+ years of experience in system integration project management
- Experience leading controls and integration resources
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledgeable in job cost analysis, budget, time and schedule, resource, and scope management
- Capable of leading electrical, controls, and mechanical projects
- Prior experience as a Controls or Mechanical Engineer
- Familiarity with robotics systems such as Fanuc, ABB, Kuka etc.
- Comfortable with up to 20% travel for job requirements
- Manage multiple projects ranging from $200k-$3M with varying scale levels
- Develop project estimates and troubleshoot PLC & HMI code as required
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to maintain customer relationships and present project details
- Attend job walks, start-ups, commissioning, project close out meetings etc.
- Oversee installs at customer site including sub-contractor management
