Position Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Assembler II to join our team for a full-time day shift position. The Assembler II will be responsible for assembling components or products according to established procedures and specifications.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Assemble components or products according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
  • Perform assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assembly area.
  • Always adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
  • Complete paperwork and documentation related to the assembly process accurately and on time.

Performance Duties:


  • Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate assembly processes for opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and work instructions.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Pay:
From $14.00 per hour
