Description
For one of our clients in the medical technology industry, we are currently looking for a (Senior) Embedded Software Engineer (m/f/d) - Life Sciences in Munich. These are hybrid positions with the option to work from home and varying levels of seniority (mid-level/senior).
Your responsibilities include:- Designing and developing embedded software systems and firmware for microcontrollers in the field of medical technology
- Conducting software testing and technical documentation
- Working in interdisciplinary teams and collaborating with colleagues from product management, engineering, quality management, regulatory affairs, and marketing; particularly closely with colleagues from the hardware department for new product developments
- Taking responsibility for functions and features throughout the development cycle, from specification to implementation and verification
- Contributing your own ideas and suggestions, as your input is valued
Requirements:
You bring:- A degree in a technical field or equivalent education and relevant professional experience
- Experience in embedded development using C/C++ in real-time environments
- Knowledge of microcontrollers and RTOS
- Ideally, experience in the medical technology industry
- An open and communicative attitude, as well as a solution-oriented mindset
