PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The Live Services Producer is responsible for the oversight and coordination of all production details that lead up to an event as well as the production of that event.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

● Primary/ Backup recording of live services

● Managing ProPresenter service/worship files for all sites

● Management of the Service Files folder within the production server

● Managing the shared Dropbox Folders with Multi Sites, Microsites, & City Sites

○ Provides the sites with the files they need for a worship experience

● Managing the production computers at all sites.

○ Video recording file system

● Produce and staff the Manna Online recording on Wednesdays

● Produce for all live events at the Cliffdale Site

○ Including Weekly Thursday & Sunday night worship experience/recording and Special events

● Set up/management of Weekend Experience overview meeting (5pm Production Meeting)

● Leading/building/training of the production SERVE team for Manna Church Fayetteville/FB

○ Training includes multi-platform switcher, camera operation, camera control unit, Teleprompter and Propresenter

○ Scheduling all team members for team night and facilitating training during team night.

○ Using Infuse (development medium) to train new perspective team member

● Utilize Planning Center Online for scheduling SERVE team for Weekend Experiences and Special Event

● Carrying out any other request added by Lead Pastor, Executive Pastor, and Pastor of Weekend Experiences

● Proof all videos created by the Live Production Team before distribution to sites

● Return all communications within 24 hours (1 business day)

● Ensure Paylocity Time Card is up to date

○ This includes recording your own hours (if applicable), approving your shifts by the 5th and 20th of each month, and requesting leave in a timely manner
