- Experience conducting online research and analysis for discovery, vulnerabilities, and threats.
- Experience with knowledge management, legal implications of identity data and US policy in conducting offensive and defensive cyber operations.
- Ability to brief and directly support General and Flag level Officers and Senior Executives.
- Familiarity with and ability to leverage existing and emerging free-ware monitoring options for alerts and management of online identity information content and articulating to customers the process for opting out and managing online identity information through marketing services.
- Knowledge of legitimate commercial business structures, filing and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of corporate capital funding mechanisms, joint ventures, partnerships, and similar business relationships.
- Familiarity with Section of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), DoD Directive and related instructions and policies.
- Ability to identify susceptibilities, vulnerabilities and threats related to commercial business activities and develop mitigation strategies to combat the identified risks.
