Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to provide support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients. This position requires a strong background in home care, patient care, senior care, direct support, behavior management and caregiving.


Duties:


  • Provide direct care and support to clients in accordance with their individual needs and care plans
  • Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication administration
  • Monitor and record any changes or concerns
  • Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety
  • Implement behavior management strategies as directed by supervisors
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients
  • Advocate for client rights and ensure their needs are met

Skills:


  • Strong background in home care, patient care, senior care, direct support, behavior management, caregiving and client rights
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature to provide emotional support to clients
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation of client care
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
