Providing customer service by greeting customers in a cheerful and helpful manner.- Taking beverage and food orders from customers and servers.
- Mixing various alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks following standard company recipes.
- Serving wine, beer, and mixed drinks to bar and/or dining room patrons, upselling where appropriate.
- Taking orders for food served at bar, transmitting to the kitchen, and delivering to customers ensuring proper presentation and quality standards are met.
- Bussing tables in the bar area and suggesting further sales to customers.
- Calculating and presenting bill and collecting payment for each order.
- Monitoring bar inventory and taking appropriate action.
