As the voice of the customer, you will assist clients in navigating transportation complexities and resolving any issues that may arise. Collaborating with colleagues and customers, you will tackle challenges, foster relationships, and offer support to nurture their business growth.

    WAYS YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

    • Enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday work schedule without weekends
    • Engage daily with both internal and external clients
    • Drive activity through phone and email utilizing our CRM system
    • Identify and seize profitable opportunities daily
    • Guide customers on fees, products, and services
    • Assist customers during service disruptions
    • Focus on delivering positive customer experiences
    • Establish strong partnerships with client executives and decision-makers
    • Collaborate with sales and account management teams
    • Efficiently use carrier systems and websites
    • Acquire carrier-specific knowledge
    • Resolve escalated service issues and offer guidance
    • Educate customers on avoiding service disruptions and industry standards

    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

    • Prior experience in customer-facing roles
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Strong team player with a customer-centric approach
    • Effective verbal and written communication
    • Continuous improvement mindset
    • Openness to learning and development

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related fields
    • Ability to adapt to changing environments
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
