Job Overview:


As a Sales Estimator/Project Manager, you'll tackle a variety of tasks, from building new accounts to providing top-notch service for our current clients and nurturing connections within our diverse customer network.

Your daily routine will involve estimating upcoming projects while also ensuring smooth communication with customers, superintendents, foremen, and field workers.

It's your responsibility to oversee every aspect of our projects, from start to finish, guaranteeing they unfold seamlessly and professionally.


Responsibilities:


  • Walk fire/flood/remodel projects with clients to verify scope of work
  • Generate and present service quotes/proposals to potential customers in a timely and professional manner that will foster a positive relationship and generate new business.
  • Draft and execute contracts with clients
  • Identify and quantify cost factors such as materials, labor, and equipment
  • Communicate with vendors and subcontractors
  • Solidify current customer relationships and cultivate new business

Qualifications:


  • Education:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • College education preferred
  • 1+ years of businesstobusiness (B2B) sales experience, preferably in the residential, insurance, asbestos and environmental markets
  • Asbestos certification preferred but not required
  • Building inspector certification preferred but not required
  • Proven ability to prospect, negotiate and close deals
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure focus on valueadded sales activities
  • Strong customerorientation; prompt issue resolution/followthrough
  • Strong computer skills (MS Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Xactimate software)
  • Basic/Intermediate understanding of Apple handheld products and software
  • Strong communication (written and oral) skills
  • Valid driver's license is required

Pay:
$60, $120,000.00 per year
