Ten Mile is looking for a self-motivated and career-driven individual to join our Accounting Team. This role reports to the CFO and is a part-time position with pay up to $25 an hour. Candidates must be willing and able to report to our main office located in Washington, PA.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Knowledge of Accounting in a construction environment preferred.
Logging transactions into accounting software.
Experience with billing, payables and payroll accounting.
Experience corresponding and interacting with vendors, customer and employees in a professional manner.
Ability to work with project managers regarding billing and costs of work completed in the field.

Adaptability, flexibility, and a collaborative working style. This dynamic industry changes rapidly from client to client
Customer service skillset via phone, email, and MS Teams.
Robust Microsoft Office experience: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
Ability to develop innovative solutions to process issues.
Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally with all levels in the organization.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Report any Human Resources and/or Safety matters immediately.
Strictly adhere to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential.
Follow directions of manager as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project.
Excellent organizational skills.
Report to work at the designated start time.
Great attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing needs.
