Description

ChristianaCare is looking for an Office Assistant to join our
Women's Health at Silverside Practice, in Wilmington, DE
.
We are located at 3509 Silverside Road, Suite 201, Wilmington, DE and support a team of 3 providers. This position also provides as needed cross coverage to support other practices.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm

Job duties & responsibilities:

Schedules appointments.
Answers multi line telephones and retrieves accurate messages.
Manages front desktop.
Collects payments according to insurance requirements.
Performs outreach calls for the team.
Interacts between physicians, staff, and patients to provide accurate communication and customer service.
Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build and foster professional relationships in a team environment.
Performs other related duties as required.

Education Requirements:

High School Graduate or GED required.
Experience in a medical office setting or customer service environment is preferred but not required.
