    About the Opportunity:


    Job Title:
    Account Manager∙ Pay: $65,000/Salary∙ Location: Bloomington, MN∙ Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 8AM-4:30PM


    Daily functions:
    Plan and execute individualized strategies to foster sales with assigned OEM customer accounts.

    Develop thorough understanding of the customer base and the business segments serviced; as well as understanding industry trends and identify future needs.

    Proficiency in Epicor 10 ERP / MPR software for many job functions, including CRM.Develop pricing strategies and analyze profit margin for improvement and growth with assigned customers.

    Develop quoting strategies and estimates for new projects, including creating and presenting proposals. To use with assigned customers.
    Maintain applicable inter-company communications to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction within the organization.

    Build a successful team environment with internal resources to help support and cultivate growth strategies and ensure customer expectations are exceeded.

    Identify ideas for new services and/or products that have the potential of increasing market penetration and developing new business with your assigned customers.

    Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers to understand their evolving business needs and product demands, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness to customer needs.

    Provide regular updates to Sales Manager. (i.e., customer status, CRM updates, new product ideas, project updates, etc.).Support policies and procedures through departmental and company activities.
    Must be able to travel to strategic/large customers and business partners for account reviews and projects, less than 10%.


    Desired qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent, preferred.

    Completion of sales training coursework preferred.5+ years of increasing sales responsibility to OEM customers, preferably in the metal fabrication industry.

    Experience in a consultative sales approach to selling custom manufacturing service solutions and/or engineered products.
    Strong orientation to delivering a highly professional experience for our customer.
    ERP / MRP software, including CRM; Epicor 10, preferred.
    Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point) computer skills are required.
    Self-motivated; analytical data-driven decision-making capabilities with a commitment to quality and customer service.
    Excellent verbal and grammatical writing skills.
    Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
    Strong ability to multi-task, working on numerous projects concurrently.
    Solid works CAD software experience preferred.


    Physical requirements:
    Standing for long durations of timeUse hands and fingers to operate hand tools.
