Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Administer accounts payable including processing purchase orders & packing slips.
- Prepare reports for administrative spending, including recording monthly credit card expenses.
- Assist with HR tasks including recruiting, onboarding, offboarding and record keeping.
- Greet the public in person and on the telephone, and provide general information.
- Perform general secretarial and clerical duties.
- Organize company business meals, travel arrangements, and events.
- Order and maintain adequate inventory of office supplies.
- Assist in travel needs for all employees.
- Coordinate purchasing and shipment needs.
- Provide assistance to multiple departments.
- Maintain fixed assets.
- Perform monthly inventory.
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Good Oral and Written English
Pay:
$ $28.58 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
