Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Administer accounts payable including processing purchase orders & packing slips.
  • Prepare reports for administrative spending, including recording monthly credit card expenses.
  • Assist with HR tasks including recruiting, onboarding, offboarding and record keeping.
  • Greet the public in person and on the telephone, and provide general information.
  • Perform general secretarial and clerical duties.
  • Organize company business meals, travel arrangements, and events.
  • Order and maintain adequate inventory of office supplies.
  • Assist in travel needs for all employees.
  • Coordinate purchasing and shipment needs.
  • Provide assistance to multiple departments.
  • Maintain fixed assets.
  • Perform monthly inventory.

Experience:


  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role
  • Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial procedures
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Good Oral and Written English
